Sanford Cops: Daytona Beach man arrested on charges of arranging via the internet to meet two girls, 9 &11, for sex

SANFORD, Fla. -- Sanford police Investigators were notified through the Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force that a possible suspect, later identified as 19-year-old Harris M. Carvel, expressed interest in traveling to Sanford from Daytona Beach for the sole purpose of engaging in sexual intercourse with with two girls, ages 9 and 11, Sanford cops said in announcing his arrest on Wednesday.
