DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The Volusia County Beach Patrol officer arrested earlier this month on charges of having sex with an under-age girl between 20-25 times at his Port Orange home, is now contesting his termination.

DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla -- A 73-year-old Montreal tourist's drowning death Wednesday was ruled accidental after an autopsy was performed a Volusia County spokesman said.
