Henrietta Augusta Bryans, 88, of Edgewater, formerly of Dearborn, Michigan, died Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at Halifax Health Medical Center, Port Orange, Florida. A funeral service will be held in Dearborn, with burial in Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock, Michigan.
Born in Taylor, Michigan, Mrs. Bryans, a homemaker and beautician, attended St. Paul's American Lutheran Church in Dearborn. A family centered person, she loved her grandchildren, cooking for family and friends, shopping and flower gardening.
Survivors include her only child, Joyce Gearin and her husband Michael, of Edgewater; 3 grandchildren, Bradford Peck and his wife Julie, of Winter Haven, Florida, Pamela Peck Bishopp and her husband James, of Gibsonton, Florida, and Bryan Gearin, of Edgewater; and 2 great grandchildren, Jacob Bishopp and Zina Peck. Mrs. Bryans was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bryans.
