DELAND -- The Friends of the Library will sell hardcover books and paperbacks in the DeLand Area Public Library auditorium from 9:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12; and 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13.
A pre-sale will be open for viewing at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, and buyers can purchase books at pre-sale prices from 4:30 - 7:15 p.m.
Books and magazines are for sale every day at the Friends of the Library’s book nook, which is in the library’s lobby. Hardbacks sell for $1 each, large paperbacks for 50 cents, and small paperbacks and magazines for 25 cents.
