Volusia public libraries announce holiday closings

DELAND -- Volusia County’s public libraries will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, and remain closed through Christmas, county spokeswoman Pat Kuehn said.
The libraries will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, and remain closed Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 1. Patrons will be able to visit the library system online at www.volusialibrary.org during the holiday closings.
