County beach policy advisdory board to meet Tuesday, Jan. 11, in Daytona Beach regarding beach tolls

DAYTONA BEACH -- Volusia County’s Beach Policy Advisory Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, at the Volusia County Lifeguard Headquarters and Administration Center, 515 S. Atlantic Ave.

A staff member from the county’s Coastal Division will give a presentation about beach tolls. The public is invited, and time will be available for public participation.

The Beach Policy Advisory Board is composed of community members and works to create a vision for the use of the beach for the next century through fostering public involvement in the development of long-term beach policy and recommendations to the Volusia County Council.
