Freedom of religion most important of our five freedoms in the U.S. Constitution

Here is a telling quote from a speech by our President Barrack Obama: "We are not a Christian Nation."

This country of ours was founded on five freedoms: Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to assemble, freedom of the press and freedom to petition.

The most important of the five freedoms is religion. Anyone can pray to whoever their god may be. We are free to worship. This is why we put our trust in God, Say what you may, But God has blessed the United States Of America.

We are a Christian nation. No man, whoever he may be, can deny that. To make my point, remember the Jan. 8, shooting in Arizona? At the memorial,  Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano  read a passage from the Bible to express her sorrow to those wounded and those Who died, asking God to look over them and give them rest. Attorney General Eric Holdenread from the book of Isaiah at the memorial.

God Bless America, this great nation. Again, a tragedy brings the nation together. We must do something to help stop these tragedies. I believe it's time for our schools to bring back a moment of prayer, to teach right from wrong. I say start with the 10 Commandments. They say it all If all people abide by them then what a wonderful world it would be. At the end of Obama's speech he did say "God Bless America."

To that, I say, "amen."
