NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- City Commissioner Lynne Plaskett could see competition with the emergence of a candidate for her seat on the commission, but she herself has yet to announce her intentions with qualifying Unless candidates emerge, the New Smyrna Beach City Commission could have a majority not chosen at the ballot box.
