DELTONA -- Since her first election campaign in 1992, Diane Matousek's motto as clerk of the circuit court has been "setting the standard for quality customer service."
And in today's electronic world, the demands on the office are even greater to meet the standard for customer service. That's because the Clerk's office is undergoing a matamorphosis from the age of paper files to the Internet where not only judges and lawyers access information, but every-day people more so from their laptops, tablets and smart phones.
