Warmth gives way to cold spell rest of week in Central Florida

Daytona Beach, Orlando and Cocoa won't be as chilly as Palm Coast and Ocala

Overnight it's going to dip into the mid-50s along the coast; in the upper 40s in Ocala. 

DAYTONA BEACH -- It's going to start feeling more like Thanksgiving up North after today's expected high of 82 in Orlando and a couple degrees less in Daytona and Cocoa. 

Then it gets interesting tonight with a low of 59 in Orlando and even colder in Ocala at 49. Daytime temps Wednesday throughout Central Florida will likely peak at 68.

But come Wednesday night, it will dip to 43 up in Ocala -- horse country in Marion County. Daytona, Orlando, Palm Coast and Cocoa will likely see overnight temps hovering in the mid-50s.

There's a 20 percent chance of rain for the duration of the week with temperatures climbing back up to 78 to 82 degrees by Saturday, with a 40 percent chance of showers throughout Central Florida.
