The explosion Saturday in a Mangattan neighborhood that injured 29 people -- none life threatening -- so far is not being linked toterrorisam, officials have said from the scene on this Sunday afternoon.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Willie J. Kimmons, an academian and civic giant in Daytona Beach's African-American community and a candidate for countywide office in the November elections was investigated on allegations by a woman that he "brutally raped" back in February, but because she didn't report her claim for several days and Kimmons represented by legal counsel would not answer questions by cops investigating it, the State Attorney's Office "no info'd" the case in June.

PIERSON, Fla. -- A trip to Volusia County by three co-workers ended in tragedy for a 34-year-old Ocala man after he became angry and jumped out of their moving pick-up truck and died, a Volusia County Sheriff's official said.
