Merīkurisumas or Merry Christmas in Japanese is a way to introduce a cool tradition in Tokyo: Specifically in reference to the 10th annual Santa Parade that involved 200 Japanese office workers dressed in the traditional Santa suit along with white beard. The parade was in Tokyo's Marunouchi business district

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Daytona International Speedway has undertaken a new project to further improve the infield for the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA and NASCAR Weekends.

"Daytona International Speedway is putting the construction vehicles to work as the 'World Center of Racing' has undertaken another improvement project in the infield that will provide benefits to the fan experience for Rolex 24 At Daytona and NASCAR weekends," DIS spokesman Andrew Booth said in a press release.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Running second with a few laps left on June 12, 2013, Jason Leffler was involved in a crash during a sprint car heat race at the 58-mile Bridgeport Speedway in  Logan Township, NJ, resulting in his  his car suffering a front suspension failure that caused it to crash into a wall and flip over repeatedly.

Volusia County's Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet welcomes 1 millionth visitor

PONCE INLET, Fla. -- Nobody is certain whether it was the toddler, Haven, or her baby sister, Hazel, in the stroller with an assist from dad, as to who was actually first through the door.

In the grand scheme of things, it's the Kolluri family of Monroe, La,. officially counted as the 1 millionth visitor Wednesday through the doors of the Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet.
