NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- The super Walmart has opened in New Smyrna Beach on State Road 44 near Interstate 95 in a time when the City of New Smyrna Beach is focused intently on the creation of jobs and the stimulating of the local economy.

I have been saying all summer that I have noticed a lot of black and white cats reported missing via flyers and Craigs List, etc. And in mid-October, two cats were found drowned in a crate in a retention pond in Port Orange.
