Gas Prices Hold Steady for Holiday Trips

DAYTONA BEACH -- Headed out for the Fourth of July holiday weekend? Good news for you if you drive. Gas prices across Central Florida have stabilized.

According to the Triple A Fuel Gauge report, the price of self-service unleaded regular is checking in at $2.69 a gallon. That’s down a penny from Thursday and off two cents from a month ago.

The highest price for unleaded self-serve regular is in Miami is averaging $2.77, an overnight check shows.

On the other end of the scale, if you looking for cheap gas, head to the Orlando Metro area where self-serve unleaded regular is averaging $2.62 a gallon.
