DAYTONA BEACH -- A body was found Friday night in a wooded area of the 200 block of Bayless Avenue, police said.
Police spokesman Sgt. Spokesman Paul Barnett said this morning that police responded to a 7:45 p.m. call of a "dead person in the woods," adding "detectives are currently attempting to obtain additional information on the deceased and do not have no additional information at this time."
Bayless is of International Speedway Boulevard.
