NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- D'Cota Dixon powered the New Smyrna Beach High Cudas to a 12-7 win Friday night at home against Titusville with a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs in the first half.

Both offensives were sluggish in the second half with Titusville finally getting on the scoreboard with a 1-yard TD run by Tevin Washington.

While Dixon did the scoring, the Cudas relied on the legs of senuior quarterback Josh Brisbois who ran for 69 yards, all but 7 of those in the first half, along with 60 yards through the air.

The Cudas remain home Friday in a must-win District 9-6A games against Seabreeze in order to remain in the hunt for a playoff spot.
