Ethel and Norman Thayer are once again spending the summer in their country home in Maine on a lake called Golden Pond. It is Norman’s 80th birthday and they are visited by their estranged daughter Chelsea with her fiancé and his young son.
Ethel and Norman reluctantly agree to watch the boy and as the summer wanes, the three grow close and the boy becomes the grandson they always wanted.
It's a story of relationships, growing older and promises kept. It is directed by Nancy McCormick. Performances will be held on April 13, 14 and 15 and April 19, 20, 21 and 22. Evening shows start at 8 pm and Sunday matinees at 2 pm.
