DELAND, FL -- Marlon Brown was run over and killed May 8, 2013, by a DeLand cop,
after officers tried to pull him over for allegedly not wearing his seat belt. Brown, 38, ran into a
field where he was mowed down and killed. The cop, James Harris was later fired, but a grand
