DAYTONA BEACH -- Bikes, babes and booze are the common denominators for Biketoberfest, the annual Fall motorcycle rally in greater Daytona Beach that draws tourists nesr and far.
Headline Surfer captured the flavor of the four-day rally with several videos from Main Street in Daytona Beach early on before mad weekend crush. As expected, most of the bikers are in Daytona and up in Ormond Beach at Destination Daytonas and the Ironhorse Saloon complex where there are live bands.
The 24/7 internet newspaper has additionakl stories on the way, including an interview with a Notrh Carolina married couple whop actually drove rtheir bikes here instead of trailering them.
And there's the not-so-pleasant side of the motyorcycle rally to report on and that's the death toll from accidents. So far there are four confirmed deaths, two of them Saturday in a collision between riders on the track at Daytoba Beach International Speedway.
