NSB cops: Burglary on Wane Avenue; 2 warrant arrests highlight overnight Wed-early Thurs shift

NSBPD call shheet for overnighjt shift, April 1, 2015 / Headline Surfer®NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Acting Sgt. Brian Page and four officers on overnight patrol with him dealt with a residential burglary to a residence on Wayne Avenue and two separate warrant arrests resulting in transport to the Volusia County Brabnch Jail in Daytona Beach. 

Here are highlights:

• Cops responded to a burglary at 2:48 a.m. at 1050 Wayve Ave., apt No 1. Electronics were reported missing from the residence. No dollar value was assessed on the call sheet. 

• One of the two warrant arrests was for narcotics. Both defendants were transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail. No names were listed on the call sheet.

Page noted on his 12-hour shift report he was unable to tally total number of incidents because of a computer issue.
