DELAND -- A 22-year-old DeLand man was shot and killed Sept. 5 on Valleydale Avenue by another man in an argument over a relationship involving a woman, DeLand police said.
Police found Kenya Rashawn Alexender slumped in a pool of blood in the 800 block of Valleydale. Area residents told police thery heard at least gunhots and saw a white sport utility vehicle take off from the scene that afternoon. The following month, police charged 22-year-old Monquisse Green with second-degree murder.
