Beheading of 2nd American journalist: ISIS language profoundly clear, our president's language decidedly unclear

ISIS language is profoundly clear, yet our president's language is decidedly unclear; filled to the brim with enough platitudes to choke a horse.

Can we "manage" ISIS? How about we stay the hell out of the situation or declare war and destroy these hun-bastards?
