EDGEWATER, Fla. -- With Mayor Michael Ignasiak bidding adieu to his colleagues on the dais, the Rogue 3 of Gary Conroy, Megan O'Keefe and Amy Vogt remained seated in a unified show of disrespect while everyone else rose from their seats in a round of applause on the dais and among the dozens in the audience.

 

Conroy even turned his head away from Ignasiak against the last of the three city elders he loathes. The others are City Manager Tracey Barlow
