PALM COAST -- The New York Post is calling the discovery in St. Patrick's Cathedral of a missing 3-year-old boy from Flagler County a "miracle on 51st Street.
Nathaniel Fons had been reported missing Monday in Flagler County and a nationwide Amber Alert was issued by Florida authorities. The boy's mother, Erin Jessie Comeau, 26, was arrested Sunday night after a traffic stop on Palm Coast Parkway, and she told authoritoies her son was traveling with Eleanor Black, 29, and William Scott, 32, along with their two girls. The mother has been implicated in a counterfeit scheme, authorities said.
The boy was left at the church with a note for Flagler County authorities in his pocket by a woman, believed by authorities to be Black. The New York Post story can be read at:
