NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- The party's on Flagler Avenue from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday with the annual "New Smyrna Beach Food Festival."
Local restaurants will be selling tastes of their best dishes at "sample-size prices" and they will be competing for New Smyrna Beach's "Best on the Beach" awards.
The Flagler Avenue Hospitality Group and the Flagler Merchants Association is sponsoring the event, which includes artisans, live entertainment areas, beer gardens, vendors, displays and exhibits.
