PORT ORANGE, Fla. -- Wanda Binz, 69, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends in her final days.

Wanda Binz was a devoted member of the Ponce Inlet community. Five years ago, she retired from the Ponce Inlet Police Department after serving more than 21 years as an office manager. In retirement, Wanda cherished her role as a doting grandmother to her 10 granddaughters -- with an 11th granddaughter and first great-granddaughter soon to arrive -- filling her days with joy and laughter.
