Earnest Warren was charged Tuesday with stalking and prowling outside a 14-year-old girl's bedroom window in Pelican Bay.
DAYTONA BEACH -- A man accused of stalking a 14-year-old girl and loitering around her bedroom window in the Pelican Bay subdivision has bonded out of the Volusia County Jail.
Ernest Warren, 49, arrested Tuesday on charges of stalking, loitering and prowling, told police he was simply urinating in the vicinity, according to police.
Warren was fitted with an ankle-monitoring bracelet as part of his release after posting bail of $17,500.
