DELTONA -- A 14-year-old Galaxy Middle School student was arrested Monday after she made a 5-second 911 ccall, claiming there was a bomb at the school, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said.

The 911 call came into the Sheriff's Office at approximately 1:57 p.m. from a cell
phone, the spokesman said.
"Word about the phone call spread rapidly on the campus, enabling school
administrators to identify the caller: Rebecca Turner," Haught said, adding, "Since the girl was found
within minutes of the call being made, there was no school lockdown. The Deltona
girl was arrested without incident, and she said that she made the call due to peer
pressure."

She was transported to the Volusia Regional Juvenile Detention Center in
