VCSO: Toddler drowns in Deltona swimming pool

DELTONA, Fla. -- A 2-year-old boy drowned this afternoon in a swimming pool at a home in Deltona.

Deputies responded to the home at 2066 Dalton Ave. after a 3:08 p.m. 911 call about the toddler, who was unresponsive after being removed from the swimming pool. First responders were not able to revive him.

No other information was released.
