S-1 ROY WARD
V-1 reported a property dispute with S-1 over easement to his property. Investigation revealed this dispute to be ongoing between the two. Additionally it was determined that S-1 had exposed V-1 to a dangerous situation by placing boards with nails in them across the easement. The boards were covered with brush with the intent to damage V-1's vehicle or worse. S-1 admitted to placing the boards in the easement. A 707 complaint affidavit was completed on S-1 for culpable negligence.

The defendant was administered a taser cartridge after the subject fled on foot and failed to comply with verbal instructions to stop. Subject was turned over to NSBPD for processing after his medical clearance was obtained.

Victim Gustave Schlauch W/M DOB 08/14/1947 indicated, suspect arrived on scene to his residence in a 1996 Light Blue Oldsmobile bearing Florida Registration E378RL and made entry into his residence where she removed 10 firearms from a wooded gun chest. Suspect was described as possibly pawning the firearms for currency. Current case investigation is continued to Deputy Becker for follow up.
