Funeral service for Juanita I. Robinson, age 84, of Oak Hill, who died Friday, September 10 at Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15 at Bella Vista Baptist Church, Edgewater, with Pastor John Marsh, officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Settle-Wilder Chapel, New Smyrna Beach.
Born to Harley Rophile and Lucy Jane Comer Michael in New Smyrna, Mrs. Robinson, a homemaker, was a lifelong resident of the area. She was an active member of Bella Vista Baptist Church and an avid doll collector. Mrs. Robinson loved sewing, quilting and fishing.
She will be greatly missed by her surviving family, including 4 sons, William E. and his wife Annabelle of Edgewater, James A. and his wife Chong of Mims, Kenneth W. of Oak Hill, and Stanley L. and his wife Stacey of Eagleville, Tennessee; a sister, Eunice Burch of Ft. Pierce; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Earl L. and her daughter, Marilyn S.
