When you look at our Home page today, no doubt you will see that we have added nine pages and dozens of elements to bring NSBNews.net to 21 pages and nearly 100 click-able items on the Home page alone. This is a tremendous undertaking considering we launched the site April 11. NSBNEWS.net is the leading news provider for Southeast Volusia where local news is emphasized 24/7 in a multi-media format (word, video and audio). News of the world is brought home to you, making this a one-stop media shop.
With 13,242 hits, as of this writing, we know the residents and merchants of New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill, Samsula, Bethune Beach and Silver Sands are perusing NSBNEWS.net.
Many of these new items are in various stages of development since there is a lot of technology involved. But in the coming days, most, if not all of them will become fully accessible.
The great thing about this Web site is it's free to the public -- no 50 cents plus tax at the store, no worrying about late deliveries or costly subscriptions. And no other source provides as much daily local coverage.
NSBNEWS.net is a one-person operation with very limited funding, but hard work and desire have gone a long way to making this dream a reality. The building blocks are in place.
Among the newly added pages: Religion, Dining, Milestones, Health and Fitness, Comics, NASCAR, the Environment, Legal Affairs and Higher Education.

And of course, there's our Home page that features two blogs, the Insta Poll, three video clips, the weather, Google news wire alerts and many other features.
