DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The magical figure of 100,000 Biketoberfest participants for the 25th anniversary is not real. It's fake news.

All too real is the carnage as in dead bikers.

The numbers of bikers for the four-day motorcycycle may approach 50,000 participants, if the weather holds up. Among the dead

• A 26-year-old Bunnell man was killed 1:30 this morning when he crashed on the Northbound US 1 ramp to Interstate 95 in Ormnd Beach. His name was not released.

• Anthony Petro, 52, of Orlando, and Ronald Ackley, 61, of Eustis, were pronounced dead at the scene of a 3:38 p.m. Friday crash involving three bikes on Tomoka Farms Road in Daytona.
