The president takes it to mean he is exonerated, but he is not!
He's not from the actions Mueller took in the past two years with the slew of indictments and or successful prosecutions of half a dozen Trump staffers like Paul Manafort, who briefly was his 2016 campaign manager with ties to the Russians.
The whole thing brings to my mind the same type craziness after John F. Kennedy was assassinated. There was rampant speculation of the Grassy Knoll shooter. Was he real or not? Or did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone.
After all the commissions and reports by various government agencies investigating and asking questions, we still do not know the truth behind JFK's killing in Dallas back in 1963, and we probably never will.
The same applies here with Trump and whether he was involved with the Russians in interfering in our Democratic process for his own political gain as I and many others continue to believe to this day.
The slew of indictments handed up against Trump's staffers successfully prosecuted by Mueller and his team were red herrings to show the special counsel deserved the money we, the American people, were paying him as well as giving us some satisfaction that our government is not as corrupt since the bad guys around Trump have been brought to justice.
Many Americans like myself do not believe any of this stage play that has been put on all these months by Trump at our expense and again we will never know the real truth regardless of whether the full Mueller Report is released or not. It is all a smoke screen covering for the deluded president who is much sharper than many give him credit for.
Yes, technically Mueller did not find that he conspired (colluded) with the Russians in the 2016 election, but clearly he did not exonerate Trump of obstruction in the investigation itself. So for Trump to claim total exoneration is just plain wrong and deceitful as has been his behavior since he ran for the presidency three years ago.

Donald Trump has gotten this far even with the vile things he has said and done and will continue to do so until we Americans finally wake up to his "real agenda," which is to be like a King and rule forever.
Sadly, he is on his way to just that, if in reality only for a second four-year term in 2020, but too many people just don’t see or hear it.
Enlightened voters need to rise up and push the lemmings off the cliff to vote Trump out before it goes any further. It terrifies me that not enough people will do the right thing and stand up to this embarrassment of a president. It all just makes me sad for my country.
