He was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail in Kissimmee.
The Sheriff's Office said Muniz-Colon is a Kissimmee resident and pastor who teaches online ministry classes but did not release any further details as to what church or parsonage he may be affiliated with.
Deputies initially received a series of complaints back on May 9 of a man exposing his sexual organs while masturbating on the patio of the Starbucks at 1041 W Osceola Parkway. Detectives with the Special Victims Unit investigated the allegations, according to the press release, and "it was determined Mr. Enginio Dali Muniz-Colon was the subject."
The preliminary investigation revealed that Muniz-Colon previously had similar charges lodged against him at that very same location prior to May 9. OCSO deputies did not provide more specific details about the incident or charges against the pastor.
Exposure of sexual organs (and or masturbating) is a first-degree misdemeanor crime in the Sunshine State punishable by up to 364 days in a county or municipal jail. A mother's breastfeeding of her baby does not under any circumstance constitute a crime. The Starbucks is several blocks from Disney in nearby Celebration.
Headline Surfer did an electronic search of arrest records for Muniz-Colon through the Osceola County Clerk of the Court, but formal charges had not yet been levied by the State Attorney's Office. He does have two prior cases on file, both traffic-related, dating back to 1983, and more recently in 2017, but nothing since.
Anyone with information related to this case or any other similar incidents is asked to please call the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at 407-348-2222.
