NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- What a beautiful sight!  

Check out this majestic reddish egret along the Ponce Inle. The image was captured by photographer and surfer extraordinaire Kem McNair, a longtime resident of New Smyrna Beach.

MnNair describes this reddish egret's movements: "They use their wings to scare fish and make shadows. They are always doing this move!"

Over the years, McNair has captured countless nature shots of all kinds of critters, such as wild birds, sharks, and other aquatic wildlife.
