ORLANDO, Fla. -- Paolo Banchero had 34 points, 11 rebounds, and four steals to carry the Orlando Magic to victory on the road Thursday night against the New Orleans Pelicans 113-93.

Franz Wagner chipped in 27 points, six rebounds, and five assists to help the Magic win.

Zion Williamson led the Pelicans with 20 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Trey Murphy III scored 17 for New Orleans in a losing effort.

Orlando took the lead with 9:24 left in the first quarter and never looked back. At halftime, it was 68-38, with Banchero scoring 24 points and Wagner 20.

The Magic shot 51.8 percent from the field and committed just eight turnovers. Banchero and Wagner, Orlando's starting forwards, shot a combined 25 of 39 from the field.

The Pelicans scored a measly 15 points in the second quarter on 5-for-18 shooting to fall behind by 30 at halftime. The Magic won by 20 points in a laugher.

Orlando is now 31-36 in the season as the Magic visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday.
