DELAND, Fla. -- The Volusia County Supervisor of Elections office is informing voters that sample ballots for the November 3, 2026, General Election have been mailed and should be arriving in mailboxes  soon following a delay by the office’s printing vendor.

The vendor was scheduled to mail sample ballots 10 days before Early Voting began. According to the  vendor, the size of the printing job and internal company issues delayed printing and mailing, thus  preventing delivery within the planned timeframe.

“I am upset that our vendor did not meet the mailing schedule and that voters have been  inconvenienced,” said Lisa Lewis, Volusia County's supervisor of elections. “Our goal is always to help voters Be Election  Ready, and having the time to review their sample ballot is an important part of that preparation. We  apologize for the delay and the frustration it has caused.”
