DELTONA, Fla. -- First-term Deltona Commissioner Brian Soukup had a busy day on Monday: First he submitted his resignation from the district 5 seat on the commission he won in the 2014 elections. He submitted the resignation to the City. Then he posted it on Facebook. Then he apperared in a video on YouTube reinforcing the reasons he cited in the resignation letter.
