NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- Spanish teacher Rosa Galliano sees speaking a second language as one of the most important assets for high school students to have as they grow up in a 21st century world.
"The borders have come down," said Galliano, who teaches Spanish at New Smyrna Beach High School, which hosted a world language festival here back in January.
