EDGEWATER, Fla --  Mayor Mike Ignasiak has informed Headline Surfer that Edgewater citizens will not be allowed to speak before Councilwoman Megan O'Keefe is sworn in at 6:30 tonight at City Hall despite an expected large turnout of residents who want her and Council members Gary Conroy and Amy Vogt recalled for the firing of City Manager Tracey Barlow.

SANFORD, Fla. -- One man was pronounced dead on arrival and another critically wounded from gunfire late Friday after deputies responded to the 3300 block of Sanford Avenue in unincorporated Seminole County after several 9-1-1 calls of shots fired.
