Children may come dressed as their favorite Dr. Seuss character and enter a “wubbulous world” of stories, games and prizes.

The event also will include a puppet show, birthday cake, and celebrity appearances by the Cat in the Hat and the Mayor of Seussville. The celebration is appropriate for children, ages 5 to 12.
