Blessings to cats and other pets on this Thanksgiving holiday

During this Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I want to take the time to let you know what i am thankful for. First and foremost, I'm thankful for my husband who puts up with my cattitude and kitty comings and goings at all hours, any day, any time.

When I get a call for a kitty emergency, it is usually when the vets are closed and the caller is franticly worried about their furry family member.

Hubby has put up with a lot of late night phone calls and me climbing out of bed going at any hour to do what I can to keep a kitty alive until the vet's office opens.

Second, I want to thank the vets and vet techs who have filled my head with invaluable information and tools to help cats in need in nearly every situation at any time. Priceless is what they are!

Third, I want to thank my friends who also put up with my kitty quests. Good or bad, happy or sad, they always emotionally support me and get me through the bad patches and help me celebrate the victories.

Fourth, I want to thank all the responsible pet people who spay and neuter their pets. It makes my life so much easier. If you want to get it done, I will help you get it done, as cheaply as I can find. And I thank The Big Cat above that makes sure she doesn't give me more than I can handle and always seems to somehow get my kitty projects paid for. Donations would be lovely, too.

And finally, I want to thank NSBNews.net for giving me this ongoing forum to educate the public on the importance of taking care and being responsible for their cts and other pets.
