NEW SMYRNA BEACH -- With more than half the polling precints reporting in tonight's primary, Supervisor of Elections Ann McFall is well on her way to winning re-election with 66.2 percent of the votes mong the four candidates.
Should she stay above the 50 percent mark, McFall won't have to deal with a November runoff with the second place finisher.
McFall has 33,222 votes, with County Council member Andy Kelly a distant second with 19,126 votes or 8.18 percent, folowed by Teresa Apgar 5,061 votes or 10.08 percent and Beaulah Blanks with 2,778 votes or 5,54 percent.
