Banker active in Daytona Beach-area civic and charitable organizations
PALM COAST -- Bruce Page, president and chief executive officer of Intracoastal Bank, announced the addition of Richard Luce as vice president/portfolio manager.
In this capacity, Luce will oversee all aspects of Intracoastal's loan risk management function and will provide a wide range of credit and sales support services to the bank’s lending group.

Over the past two years, Luce has worked with Intracoastal Bank as a risk management consultant. Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, he was a corporate banking relationship manager for Floridian Bank, Prosperity Bank, and SunTrust Bank, all within the Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns counties market.
Luce comes to Intracoastal Bank with a wealth of local banking experience. During his 36 years in banking, Luce he served in various capacities including retail office manager, business lending, corporate lending, commercial real estate project lending, and portfolio management.
Luce has been active in various organizations including Daytona Civitans, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Daytona Beach Quarterback Club, and Daytona Association of Realtors. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
