A fire chief says more people could be dead because some may have been trapped on boats that sank. The fire destroyed 35 vessels at Jackson County Park, along the Tennessee River, in Scottsboro, Ala., about 100 miles northeast of Birmingham and 40 miles east of Huntsville.
