PORT ORANGE, Fla -- Don Burnette had a special social media message for his constituernts and friends on Sunday in attending Sunday services with his wife, Anita Reber Burnette, at  Basilica of St. Paul in Daytona Beach.

"Happy Easter everyone," Burnette wrote on his Facebook page along with posting a pic of the church inside.  "May the joy of the Risen Lord fill you hearts on this glorious day!"

Like clockwork, Burnette takes to social media with a positive message for holidays throughout the year in reaffirming his care for his fellow citizens in this Sunshine State city of 63,203 residents where families, public safety and parks and recreation are draws.
