DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- There's a Biblical passage from Galatians 6:7 that is apropos in describing Daytona Beach's state of affairs in struggling to come to grips with its entrenched homeless zombie apocalypse: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
In common parlance, the reality that has befallen Daytona is "you reap what you sow!"
