EDGEWATER, Fla -- The Rogue 3 on the Edgewater City Council is splitting up.

That's because Councilwoman Amy Vogt is expected to tender her resignation soon because her husband has secured new employment out of state.

Headline Surfer has confirmed this development via three key sources - two within city government and the other in the community.

That means whoever replaces Vogt would come from a special election.
