VIDEO: Wisconsin 4-year-old boy calls 911, says mom ate his ice cream

WKYC Ch. 3 / A 4-year-old child in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, called 911 to have his mom arrested because she ate his ice cream. The dispatcher and the mom had a laugh after they realized the reason for the call.
